James L Metcalf is a member of the Estate and Wealth Preservation section and the Elder Law Solutions section of the firm. He focuses her practice on helping clients with estate planning, estate and trust administration, creditor and asset protection, elder law, and nursing home and Medicaid planning.

James enjoys formulating and executing plans that protect her clients’ hard-earned assets for generations to come. He is mindful that discussing planning for death and potential incapacitation can be very difficult.
